About Desarae Sims

I was born and raised in Mt. Washington, Kentucky, and I have always had a strong appreciation for the communities and people that make Kentucky feel like home. My interest in real estate began while developing a property with my husband and getting to experience firsthand all of the moving parts that go into transforming a property and ultimately bringing a sale together. That experience sparked a passion for real estate and made me want to help others navigate their own real estate journeys.

I am a very personable, understanding, and detail-oriented person, and I believe building genuine relationships with my clients is one of the most important parts of what I do. Buying or selling a home can be a major life decision, and my goal is to make the process as comfortable, informed, and seamless as possible. I am ambitious and dedicated to my clients, and I will always work hard to understand their individual needs and help them achieve their goals.

I am proud to serve clients throughout Kentucky and look forward to building lasting relationships within the communities I serve. Outside of real estate, I enjoy working out, spending time at the lake, and most importantly, spending time with my two beautiful children. We love being involved in our community and supporting my son through his sports. Family and community are very important to me, and I hope to bring that same genuine care and connection into my work with every client.
